Laurie Tarter, Psy.D., BCBA, LBA
Founder / Executive Director
Dr. Tarter holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Family and Child focus from Alliant International University, San Diego. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Dr. Tarter is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) practicing in California and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Wisconsin. She is a certified PEERS Young Adult and Adolescent Social Skills Group provider.
The practice specializes in adolescent issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, school issues, and assessments. There is a focus on the special dynamics that many families raising a child with special needs face.
Dr. Tarter provides individual and group therapy, assessments, behavior consultations, and IEP assistance. She has vast experience working with Regional Center, school districts, residential group homes, and juvenile hall and probation. Dr. Tarter takes a collaborative approach with families and provide resources to best serve each clients needs.

Mary is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with all abilities and their families. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She specializes in telehealth, early intervention, transition to adulthood, caregiver and staff training, and treatment and intervention planning. Mary is bi-cultural and bi-lingual in Hmong. Passionate about cultural sensitivity and working with diverse communities, she strives to inspire her learners, foster their independence, and preserve their integrity. As Clinical Director, Mary looks forward to working with all individuals and families to provide them the best treatment possible.
Kimberly Woolery, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Ms. Woolery specializes in providing ABA services through Telehealth. She has been a Telehealth ABA practitioner for children with ASD for 7 years. Her interests include Cultural Competency, Awareness & Sensitivity, and Telehealth. She is a member of ABAI Cultural and Diversity SIG and Miami Association for Behavior Analysis. Ms. Woolery is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia (# 0133000784).
